Two room addition + Large double garage...
These pictures are of a recent room extension and garage in Safety Bay. The brief was to add a small extension across the back of the home, with a large double garage and internal laundry area. Old & new tiles were incorporated externally to match existing materials as much as possible. The garage door colour fitting perfectly with the clients wishes.
Adding even this small footprint has enabled a small bedroom to become a generous Queen with robes and the family lounge area more spacious for the owners leisure.
The owners remained living in the main house while work progressed.

To the right are pictures of a 36m2 extra room extension. The brief was to add a second spacious living area Externally we were able to match existing materials of the house for a truly seamless look.
The client was delighted with the professionalism of all our trades and the quality of the finish.
